Had delish Haitian soup "Joumou" aka pumpkin soup for lunch! Chez Guyto in Miramar, FL. Calabaza pumpkin, butternut/kabocha squash, carrots, turkey wings, turnip, beef chunks, tomato paste, thyme, turnip, epis,etc...New Years Day soup as a tribute to Haitian Independence Day.

Ramen and Buns oh my!! GoBistro today for lunch in Hollywood, FL --> Had the Pork Belly Bun w/ cucumber, pickled onions & scallions and Tonkotsu Ramen rich pork broth w/ pork belly, scallions, bamboo, nori but without the nitamago egg and added chili oil. ⁣Delish!
