I'm tired off your internet faults not being fixed. I call 1 hour wait no answer i message wait no reply no fix no message nothing.
I have 350mbps in 1 property and 100mbps in 2nd they feel like 5mbps i pay over £100 been 3 weeks of problems not even worth £5/month
@virginmedia Yh I'd rather talk to someone and get this resolved asap rather than waiting to a reply on text... is there a number i can call on where i can talk to an actual person rather than waiting for over an hour or listen to a robot
@virginmedia I haven't been able to get in touch and I have done everything remotely possible its just not doing much unfortunately i really need to speak to someone because this is getting beyond a joke now
@virginmedia I dont have a cable to check wired but every wireless connection in the household is affected.... maybe the routers wireless signal is faulty but its been 3 weeks
@virginmedia Not that am aware of but getting in contact with anyone is just a nightmare and i dont have over an hour every day to be on hold... anyway someone can contact me
