@flyspicejet So, my booking was cancelled on the 29th of April. I was told that it will take 3-4 weeks for the refund. Still, I can understand with Covid-19! Now it is almost 2 months & I have not received the amount. I'd love to hear the excuses.

@IndiGo6E Since you are cancelling flights & keeping the amounts in a credit shell, it is essentially a liquid deposit for an year. Could you mention the rate of interest you're providing to your customers? If I ask for a refund there are cancellation charges, wow!
