If your child does not drink milk every day don't worry too much. While none of below foods is as high in calcium as milk they are still very good sources:
Fish, Ragi, Green Vegetables, Almonds, Eggs
So the trick is to eat balanced food & eat a variety of food!

Traditionally we had milk-based products -Dahi, buttermilk, butter, ghee. Drinking only milk is new & more of a western concept. Switch to our native sources of milk & add variety to your diet.
E.g. 1 glass of Milk = 2 Katori Dahi (probiotic, cooling, low lactose, etc) #milk
