@DellCares I sent the service tag via DM. I really just would like a refund at this point to make things right.

@Dell bought an xps 15 for just under $3,000. Came with a wobbly/loose trackpad, broken audio jack and defective camera. Dell sent a technician to my home to replace the trackpad, it worked fine for a couple days then started to wobble again. So I call technical support again.

I call back. I'm told that a supervisor will call me in 30-60 mins to assess my case. He never called.
