Rico Payton, D2 CB from Pittsburgh State, might be one of the biggest dark horses in this year’s draft class, scout says.

A long, rangy corner who was nominated for defensive player of the year this past season, blew his pro day out of the water, sources say:

40” vertical, 6.98 L drill, and 4.13 shuttle, all of which would have placed 4th had he been at the combine.
