Thanks to @Stamford_Sport for your hospitality and for a very evenly contested fixture block in a great setting. 1-1 in goals in the 1st XI match, and 1-1 in wins in the other matches.
Great to see so many OO footballers back at Wilson Fields for the Ed Farmer Trophy. A shame that the heavy frost prevented the competitive matches from going ahead, but nevertheless we all made the best of it.
We are looking to add players to our U18s and Ladies team for this season. The Ladies train on a Tuesday at 7pm at the club and our U18s train on a Wednesday at 7pm. If you are interested please come along or for more information please DM or email [email protected]#OUFC
OOs (21) Russell and Smalley give the legend that is @WayneRooney a patriotic welcome to Wilson Fields for the OSEL specialistsoccertours foundation phase tournament
Beautiful spring day at Ely today. A well-earned 3-1 victory for the 1st XI in their last league match of the season. A hat-trick of wins since half term and W4L3 overall to secure 4th place in the table. A great effort, well done boys.
Back after half term with an excellent block of competitive fixtures versus @WboroSport. Seniors W1 D1 L1, Middle School W1 L1. Honours even overall, but it was great to see our U18As deservedly get back on the winning trail.
Great series of fixtures vs @BedSchoolSport today.
Senior football at Wilson fields: 4-4 in the Bs, 2-2 in the Cs and a hard fought 3-1 victory for the visitors in a quality encounter in the U18As
We've got this in our locker! Josh T with an unstoppable free kick for the U18Bs in their 4-0 victory at Uppingham. (Thanks to Tom C.for the footage) #competitionforplaces
A superb victory for the 1st XI in the traditional season opener vs the Old Oakhamians today at Wilson Fields. 5-1 with goals from Braybrook, Bland (2) and Jones (2). On aggregate it was honours even and the OOs retained the Ed Farmer trophy.
