According to the NCHSAA record book, the 912 rushing yards would be a new state record. The 915 total yards (Pender also had 3 passing yards) would be No. 2 behind Alexander Central's 927 yards in 2016

The Patriots finished with 912 rushing yards on 76 attempts (12 yards per carry)

Jeremiah Johnson had 377 yards and 6 TDs, while Jassiah Hill finished with 291 yards and 6 TDs
