Genuinely for what it's worth, and where they are now, I know it's fun to say Liverpool missed out on Alonso, but I actually feel Iraola works best for Liverpool and Alonso works best for Chelsea. #LFC#CFC
🚨🚨 EXCLUSIVE: ARNE SLOT AND LIVERPOOL TO PART WAYS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. 💣
It’s over between the Dutch manager and Liverpool after end of the season review. 👋🏼
Andoni Iraola, clear favorite to take over as next #LFC head coach.

@kracha17475049 Hate to break it to you, but every manager, even head coaches rebuild their system. So every time a new manager comes in you're rebuilding again.
I think I’ve made peace with Enzo Fernández leaving #CFC.
Look, I don't want him gone. I think he's an elite level player. On his day, he's a match winner and those are few and far between at Chelsea. However, when a player starts flirting with the idea of leaving, something changes.
You can forgive it, but you don’t really forget it.
If Real Madrid or Manchester City genuinely want him, then the price has to be ridiculous. These aren’t clubs shopping in the bargain bin. #RMCF and #MCFC are two of the richest clubs in world football. If they want him they can pay like it.
This next Chelsea rebuild under Xabi Alonso cannot be built on half-commitment. It can’t be another cycle of talented players, mixed messages and “maybe this project works, maybe it doesn’t”.
We need players who are all in.
Enzo is a top player. I’d rather keep him than lose him. But he’s no longer in that untouchable category for me.
Not after the season we’ve had. Not after the comments. Not when the whole club needs a reset.
Sell only if the fee is huge. Replace properly. Move on.
I have to say though, this report is in conflict with reports from Spain who list Enzo as 'untouchable' under Alonso, but if I had to put my money on it I'd say the below is more likely. #ChelseaFC #EnzoFernandez

🚨 EXCLUSIVE - Enzo Fernandez is likely to depart #Chelsea this summer.
Contract negotiations have failed to progress and the player feels disappointed with “things being done to make him leave”
Barring a huge turnaround, he will play his FINAL match this weekend. #CFC
@akajimalo@TobiasCFC He said:
“I’d like to live in Spain. I really like Madrid; it reminds me of Buenos Aires. Players live where they want. I’d live in Madrid…”
Players live where they want.
He wasn't talking about post retirement was he?
@TobiasCFC You’re arguing my point for me.
Drogba would’ve been remembered differently if he left then, but he didn’t. He stayed and became a Chelsea legend.
If Enzo does the same, I’ll change my view. Until then, comparing his credit in the bank to Drogba’s is madness.
@RogEV12 This is a massive false equivalence. Lampard didn’t spend months flirting with Barcelona or briefing that he wanted out. Barcelona were interested, his Chelsea contract dragged, and the press filled the gaps. That is not the same.
@TobiasCFC I’ll take the Drogba correction. He did say it.
Difference is Drogba had already built credit and then spent years repaying it with trophies, finals and legendary moments.
Enzo hasn’t earned Drogba-level forgiveness for Drogba-level comments.
That’s the point.
@Lonelyfire I hope so to, in fact, my second sentence was "I don't want him gone," it just would no longer be devastating to me and it would have been 12 months ago. I would not be happy about it.
