The book charts the overhaul of the entire DFB football system after successive failures of tournament football in the early 00s and the incredible culmination with the ultimate prize in Brazil 2014.

It’s a strong cast - Klinsmann, Lahm, Müller, Bierhoff provide insight (with superb additions from Hitzlsperger & Friedrich) Which means the book is littered with interesting anecdotes which brings the reader close to one of the most successful teams of recent years.

@kitcollector92 I really enjoyed it. Gives a good overview of the history of Red Bull itself, the philosophy behind their foray into sports and discusses each of their teams across the globe. It’s really well researched & the pros and cons of the RB approach is laid out. I would recommend it 👍
