@ryanavfcc There should be dynamic events relating to the rule

e.g. if you add VAR for throw ins then you'll get some sort of event around this

But if you abolish VAR then yep you shouldn't get any!

@ryanavfcc Interesting! Might make a sim mode where you just take big decisions e.g. World Cup and Club World Cup and you don't deal with the standard monthly events?

That would allow playing through to the big moments much quicker

I would say maybe do a throwaway career to juice San Marino as you can currently do this!
