NATIONAL SHAME. 19 were imprisoned for not paying TV licence fee fines in 2017. 10% of all cases in magistrates courts relate to TV licensing. The BBC makes nearly £4bn from the tax, much of which is used to pay stars like Lineker millions. It's an Orwellian nonsense. Scrap it!
