Dear @Solenn_Ent@srchafreen
Ever since I became a fan, I have never believed in blindly defending my idol in every situation, and this time is no exception. If there is a mistake, I will offer constructive criticism so it can be corrected, because nobody is born perfect. Regarding the recent postponement of the fan meeting in Korea, the way Freen, Solenn, and Solenn’s staffs handled the aftermath of the announcement was absolutely terrible—it was incredibly insensitive to the fans' feelings.
First of all, I know the postponement of the event was entirely the organizer's fault, and I don't deny that. All of the organizer and promoter mistakes deserve harsh criticism and condemnation. But please don't tell me that Solenn releasing their statement too late, Freen staying completely silent towards the fans, and Solenn’s staffs treating their tickets to Korea as a personal vacation was the right thing to do.
When the postponement was announced, everyone was deeply saddened and disappointed. Solenn, as the management agency, and Freen, as the artist, should have speaks some words to comfort fans promptly. Speaking up doesn't mean immediately providing a detailed plan for rescheduling or compensation. Most fans are working adults who understand that things take time and must follow proper procedures. What fans needed in that moment was for the artist and the agency to reassure them that you are standing with them and actively trying to resolve the situation. A quick response would have made a massive difference and brought immense comfort to the fans. Yet, 12 hours after the organizer's announcement, what did Solenn do? Solenn merely issued a postponement notice containing no more information than what the organizer had already stated. Instead of just posting a generic notice, Solenn could have focused on comforting the fans. As for Freen never made any official statement to console fans. Handling a crisis with pure silence like this is an absolute nightmare.
Even though the event was postponed, the welcome projects proceeded as planned. Fans who had booked train and flight tickets still made their way to Seoul. To show appreciation for the Korean fans' hard work, they took plenty of check-in photos with the welcome projects. When Freen reposted a fan's photo on ig story to say thank you, and when her best friend checked in at the LED ads on behalf of Freen (who couldn't make it to Korea), it somewhat eased the fans' sorrow. However, fans were utterly shocked by what unfolded next: it turned out that Freen was the only one who couldn't fly to Korea, whereas almost the entire Solenn staff was present there.
Despite being fully present in Korea, they couldn't spare a few hours to check in at the fans' projects on Freen's behalf. I would like to ask the Solenn staff: what were you thinking? While fans were grieving and disappointed, you callously posted photos of yourselves eating and having fun all over Seoul. Yes, you are individuals and not Freen herself, but to outsiders, it simply looks like the Solenn team couldn't care less about the fans' feelings. Consequently, Freen will indirectly bear the brunt of the criticism caused by her staff's insensitive actions.
And Freen, did it ever cross your mind that since your staffs had already set foot in Korea, they could have helped you film the fans' projects and put together a short video to show appreciation for the fans' hard work? If neither Freen nor the Solenn staff thought of doing this, then I believe you have made a grave mistake that has truly disappointed the fans deeply.
P/S: The current staff at Solenn might be skilled and compatible with Freen in their specific fields of expertise, but their recent behavior shows that they are not fit to be the professional team needed to help Freen and Solenn grow to the next level. Freen should recruit a team that excels in media crisis management and professional project supervision. I hope Freen understands that all this feedback stems purely from a genuine desire to see both Freen and Solenn thrive and go further in the future.
A key to her world ✨🗝️

🌷:Every day brings something new. I feel that if we are brave enough to just take action, brave enough to step out of our comfort zone, or brave enough to do whatever it is we truly want to do I think that’s a beautiful thing. Yes. And another thing, the second thing, is...Effort. I feel that as human beings, none of us grow up being absolutely perfect. But if we put in the effort to develop ourselves, effort to prove ourselves and become better, I truly believe anything is possible. And most importantly, it’s hard work. Yes. I feel like a hardworking person is so much more admirable than someone who is naturally talented but lazy. If we aren't naturally good at something, we just have to keep working hard at it consistently. Yes. And then, it will turn out amazing.
