Great reading this October!
I reviewed some of @JackPosobiec FANTASTIC Unhumans last week - more to come.
Tomorrow, I'll be reviewing all of @JoshuaLisec Haitians of Springfield, a goldmine of info on the spectacle of Springfield.
The Netherlands new dietary guidelines allow you to have a whole 9 ounces of meat per week, up to 3 of those ounces can come from red meat.
Why are the Europeans systematically destroying themselves?

Science-based solutions to fix our peoples’ problems.
Orange juice is not a health food. It's sugar water with a good publicist.
One 8 oz glass = about 20 grams of sugar. That's 5 sugar cubes.
And about half of that is fructose, the same sugar we're blaming for the fatty liver epidemic in kids.
No fiber. No protein. No fat. Just sugar water with a pinch of vitamin C...
Eat an orange if you must. Better yet, eat some eggs.
Carbs are optional & not needed.
Literal FOOLISHNESS from WebMD.
They left out the part that matters most: what you eat when you do eat.
Your gallbladder squeezes hardest when fat hits your gut. Starve it of fat and the bile just sits there.
In a trial of two very low calorie diets, 6 of 11 people on the nearly fat free version (3 grams of fat a day) developed gallstones. On the version with 12 grams of fat a day: 0 of 11. The higher fat group's gallbladders emptied significantly better.
Fat phobia is bad for your gallbladder. Eat real animal fat with your meals and let that organ do its job.
The new Dietary Guidelines say cook with butter or beef tallow, eat full fat dairy, and prioritize protein at every meal, red meat included.
Then they keep the 10% cap on saturated fat. Two sentences later: "More high-quality research is needed to determine which types of dietary fats best support long-term health."
So the cap on saturated fat stays while they admit the science isn't settled.
They also wrote that people with certain chronic diseases "may experience improved health outcomes when following a lower carbohydrate diet." I guess that's a start?
Meat is a health food. Carbs are optional & not ideal. The guidelines are finally drifting towards truth.
Don't wait for them to finish...
Jason Köhne @NoWhiteGuiltNWG gave a mostly positive review to "The Unhumans", with some respectful feedback and insights.
"The Unhumans" was written by @JackPosobiec and @JoshuaLisec . This is the second iteration, just release- and includes a chapter on antiwhiteism.

You'll mock "the left" for "socialism will work THIS TIME", while doing the exact same things that "the right" has been failing miserably at for decades. You think resisting antiwhiteism by using the same shitty tactics that brought us here will "work this time", because of [insert dumb argument here]- but it WON'T, and for the same reason it's failed in the past: you cannot capture the social morality with them.
