Just to give you a quick update, our QC is working on the opinion. He's keeping up to date with developments (such as #USS response to JEP) while writing. We can't tweet everyday or even every week because we have to wait for the opinion. These are very complex legal questions

And they need to be looked at in detail and without pressure. There is nothing "lost cause" about this enterprise. This is the reality of the legal process, things happen but they take time, and there's long periods where there's nothing that can be reported. #USS

I don’t want to speak on behalf of our comrades at @ForPension, but they are working hard behind the scenes to put a strong case together. We need to trust them, & give them space. We might have crowdsourced the funds, but the case they put together needs privacy & time.
