@MartinSLewis Yes. My 3 boys (all under 10) & I were driving through a road toll. They'd heard of 'random acts of kindness'. To spice things up I paid for our van & for the minivan behind us. What a result! They overtook us, smiling & waving. It was the best part of our trip.

🚨 Update🚨 Three days in and the Lung Health Centre - Bo Town, has screened 69 patients. One patient travelled from Freetown 🇸🇱 (150 miles away). Another came from Guinea 🇬🇳. Today we are catching up on data entry but screening begins again Monday. #COPD #LungHealthCentre
