Picked my sister up from terminal 3 ! flying from terminal 2 and I knew the travelators haven’t been in service for terminal 1! she has a disability and I wanted to make our journey plans as easy as possible ! Just been stung £100!!! #dontthinkthisisfair !!
@AerLingus my sister had to change her flight due to a funeral , she transferred her flight for like for like luggage to your sister company . She has just been stung for over 30euros to put her small case in the hold . My sister has a disability , which she keeps quiet. Disgust

I ordered an item for delivery to my local post office , was told I would be notified! I wasn’t notified until the 19th, Wish partially refunded me for my items, listed and resold my goods after I spent £12 postage 😣😠😠😠
