We’ve been trialling our rations and snack packs whilst out on Rosie 🚣♀️. It has been important that we take the time to try a variety of rations. Thanks to @the_frontline_rd our nutritionist for her valuable input.

The Army Ocean Rowing boat was named “Rosie” in recognition of the incredible achievement of the two Paratroopers, who were only the second team to complete the row.
