@Hot_Pepper76 I remember one with Casey Affleck where he was just walking (?) around and there was little dialogue (or other people :P ), I watched the whole thing, did not hate it but I have blocked most of it from memory :P
@Emotion78687 Circa 1994 my band was practicing in our warehouse in Victoria and she was out for walk and poked her head in, said it "sounded great", we went into another number and she drifted off into the night, we were like, "wait, come back", she was playing later down the street :P
@Hot_Pepper76 Recorded a true story shanty on the 1963 loss of a brother in a fishing boat sinking with an 84 year old father of a friend, he had never recorded before and it was fun :)
@LichTamara@Kelsisheren My father and father-in-law both had help going into that good night and were prior suffering immensely, it was done with compassion and they left surrounded by loved ones and peace.
@jonnyrmitch But the first that hooked I was "Emotional Rescue" heard riding in the box of my dad's jacked '79 F250 far off road with a loaded 4-10 hunting grouse, therefore my favourite track still :P
@RohinHat@i_danieall Same, I had a semi hollow thin line tele once and traded it for a bass and amp when we could not find a bass player, still play bass a bit but regret that sale!
@20th_Centurygal Probably Led Zeppelin III. Scott Henderson of Victoria BC (Shovelhead, the Vinaigrettes, SOS Studios, ...) had a listening room like this (and a few other ways to check out a mix pre mastering :) ), so rad!
@Hot_Pepper76 Rush. I discovered them in their keyboard heavy phaze and it did not excite me at the time and then I got into New Wave anyways :P Once I found their old stuff and saw them live well ... <3
