BDFL Francis Cup Final

Ford 3rds 2 v 1 Albert Foundry 3rds

Goals:
Ronan Maguire ⚽
Davo Whinnery ⚽

What a turnaround for the lads a goal and a man down they fought their way back into the game scoring a very late penalty to win the game.

[Ford FC @FordFC]

Our opponents Albert Foundry fought right to the end as they had to contend with late injuries also and showed real class in how they handled themselves in defeat staying to the end to clap our lads as they lifted the trophy.

Well done to Mick Kane, Micky Devlin and all the players on reaching the final.
After only forming at the start of last season this is a great achievement for the lads.

Brilliant result for the lads reaching their first cup final and avenging last year's semi final defeat against the same opponents.
