It is with greatest Sadness that we hear of the passing of HM the Queen. Elizabeth II died on the 08/09/2022 at Balmoral Castle with loved ones present. Our Condolences go out to HRH King Charles III and all members of the royal family at this very sad time.

A book of condolence is available at the Fordbridge Centre, Nineacres Drive, B37 5DD for members of the public who wish to write a message of condolence. This is placed outside the Clerk's office. If you wish to leave a message of condolence our opening times are 9.00 - 3.00pm.

The Town Council meeting on 7/12 cannot be held in person due to the Tier 3 restrictions! The Council will however be meeting remotely. Members of the public can still "attend" the meeting and will be most welcome. Details of how to access the meeting can be found on the website.
