I can't get over Jordan Henderson being played as a 10/RWF at 32. There is absolutely no way his performances in that role are being judged as sufficient or justifying selection over other players. There's no way.

I counted at least 3 occasions in the second half where the full back got the ball, looked up to pass to Nunez and he was pointing for them to pass it elsewhere d. Those lung busting runs in the first half and early part of the second took a lot out of him it seemed

Also, I see a lot of people moaning about the Nunez sub. He looked shattered and wasn’t offering protection down that left side in the second half. I would’ve taken Jota off before him though but both were running on empty

Just back from the game. Chelsea were comfortably the better team. I don’t think I’ve seen a team as vulnerable to conceding a goal as we are when we are in possession. Anywhere on the pitch, doesn’t mater, we manage to give chances away when in possession. Baffling.

@Kristian_Walsh Yeah I’ve seen today’s performance so many times so I’m kinda numb to it now. We just have to be pragmatic. Try and get 6 points from the next 2 games then hope and prey our home form gets us top 4 or close to it.

Klopp said post match that even if Rhodri was sent off he doesn’t think we’d have won the game which is a damning indictment of the players and him to an extent. At 3-1 then Tuesday has be our focus IMO

@Kristian_Walsh I get what you’re saying but bigger picture is Salah played 2 international games (I think) and we were never going to get anything from this game once it went 3-1 so we have to think ahead to Tuesday’s game. None of those subs were going to get us a draw. We have to be real.
