This is the ‘Priva - Direct Air Inflator’ I wear this in the evenings, it feels great 👌🏼 very comfortable! Simply pump it up and forget it’s on.
This encourages skin growth around the width as well as the length.

My latest 3D Print is this retainer I designed using a Priva grip. Consistency is key when it comes to restoring so mixing it up with different devices keeps it interesting.

@TylerJay1893 @Circumaster Its probably because they cut more skin on top than underneath causing the skin on top to be too tight thus pulling your penis upwards, there is some manual stretching you can do to even this out and loosen it but it takes time and patience
