Unsure about a caller? Hang up and call the organisation back using a trusted number, such as the one on the back of your card if calling your bank. Criminals spoof numbers, making it look like they’re calling from a trusted number.

Whilst more than 6000 reports of COVID related fraud have been recorded, how many more are unreported or as yet to be detected? Companies should also consider what new risks they need to control, especially with the new ways in which many organisations now have to operate.
