So you do have to hire domain experts. Maybe fewer but then there aren't many experts in anything. Most people are average.

The biggest problem is that because AI can replace juniors (0-7 years of experience), companies will stop investing in hiring them, and over time there will be no domain experts. You need succession planning too to ensure that your business has a talent pipeline for the future.

The problem with nuclear is that it doesn't actually give us something we don't have. All nuclear plants do is produce heat to generate steam to run a turbine that generates power. We can skip this step as we already have steam in Olkaria capable of producing 10,000 MW i.e. about 5 to 10 nuclear plants.

Why can't we do this? Olkaria is currently being wasted with micro-generators owned by akina Gideon Moi who produce 100MW. What for?
