When it comes to DRAM :
HBM consumes way more wafers than standard DRAM, so HBM is already pricey
And as you’ve got less wafers available, standard DRAM gets pricier
It’s true that new comers can enter the DRAM market, but we’re talking about chinese companies, that are gonna supply china’s demand
I mean, there is almost 0 probability that Apple buys CXMT’s DRAM
The cartel’s investments are made at slow pace, the ramp up will take multiple years, while the demand will continue to explode …
I agree it’s not necessary a 10-year long thesis, but until 2030, I can’t see how the business could be bad - except an exceptional technological breakthrough occurs

On the other side, hyperscalers look cheap, but the market might not accept negative FCF … even if it’s a short term necessity to generate long term growth
For the rest, it’s really mixed
