@acoyne I remember during last year’s election that Carney said he could get a deal with Trump, and Poilievre said that Trump would just rip up any deal at any time. Weird how it took a year for Carney to realize that.

@RobynUrback Poilievre said ( during the campaign) that Trump would / could change the terms of a deal, even after it was signed. Carney was the one who said he was the only one who could negotiate a win.
