Today, our flight with @airtanzania was originally scheduled to depart at 7AM. Upon arriving at the airport, we were informed that the departure time had been delayed to 12:40PM. After finally boarding we were seated for almost two hours without any updates.

@AirTanzania It is now 8:36PM, and we are still here! This situation is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on @AirTanzania commitment to customer service.
