It’s not bad and won’t deter me from my end goal.

You don’t have to “eat clean” and hate the foods you eat. Your food can taste like your cheating and still get great results and EVEN not be food focused. Carbs are fine, pasta won’t make you fat, you don’t have to do keto, etc., etc., etc....
I can not stress how important it is to find a diet/training program you can be consistent with.
I have bad days where I binge eat or take a day off from the gym but I stick to it and have found what works for me.
I maintain my weight and % bf year round.

How I set my plate up when traveling!
Lots of protein, colors from fruit and veggies(if available) and a handful or less of carbs.
And I give myself one free meal a day under control and stop at 80% full.
