For those of yall who’ve had major physical transformations, what was the biggest factor?
I’ll start:
I started tracking what I was eating + drinking and finally pulling back on splurging every weekend.
One thing I constantly reinforce with my kids is the importance of practice and reps.
My son and I were shooting hoops in the backyard. I hit a few shots in a row from far away and he goes “Wow! How did you do that?!”
I said practice.
Then he made a few shots in a row and I told him that’s what happens when you practice.
Reps drive results.
@tyromper This looks pretty awesome.
I’m going to start doing this… and the timing is impeccable my coach had challenged me to create more video content…. And well look at God.
It’s crazy how things we once avoided the most end up being the sources of our greatest peace.
For me it was 4AM workouts. The quietness. The discipline. And the space outside the comfort zone.
I used to run from all of it.
Now I can’t live without it.

Most of our battles start in our own head.
You overthink one thing and next thing you know…. you’re running the worst case scenario on a loop.
The mind is either your greatest weapon or your biggest enemy.
You get to decide every single day which one it will be.
