#BongoUpdate Saw pelvic floor physio today. For now, external exam only. She found huge muscle knot in my lower back left pelvis. She says she can't tell yet if knot causes SI joint pain or if SI joint irritation caused muscles to knot up. Yay, SOMETHING!!! 😸😸😸

@azzy_007lfc Last, my life has been made easier in situations where I’m forced to sit -family wanting to go out to eat for birthday or get together for Christmas lunch -with a Roho cushion. I’m still experimenting what works or might work better for me.

Turns out CatMom had a kidney infection & it wasn’t playing nice w chronic injury from pelvis downwards. No wonder I was cranky & hurting. A&E fixed me up brilliantly -thank you NHS! Forgive me for having not been my usual self with previous post. 😹💜

Pain causes “agitation” when you’re in the hospital (for the first time), and the treatment is pain management.

When pain is labeled “chronic,” suddenly pain causes “anxiety,” and the treatment becomes, “Ma’am, I’m gonna need you to calm down.”
