We are a dementia support group set in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Our aim is to support those living with dementia by having monthly dementia cafes.

Just had an amazing meeting at Haverfordwest Leisure and I am delighted to say that every Sunday starting 29th of September 5pm till 6pm the leisure centre will be providing #dementia #supportive swimming.
