@SeIinaKyIeWayne Selina loved sleeping with Batman's cowl, not that he ever complained. If it made her feel safe during the night, then so be so. Gotham's whispered winds and nightlife brought them closer together in an embrace that seemed impossible to break.
Staying any longer would only end in a kiss, upon other things that could wait. Batman was gone for far too long and he needed to check up on his city before settling down for the night. Having turned her back on him, Batman uses this opportunity to leave her alone for now.
"I'm sure you were fine," he said, turning back to face the thief whose figure is blacked out by the shadows that engulfed these dirty rooftops. "I'm here now. I... missed you, Selina."
Actions speak louder than words, but Selina sent shivers down his spine. Gotham was his home, his playground, and he was back. The Barman has returned.
