There's a fundamental difference between those countries and Iran.
You have to look at the reason why having nukes works as a defensive measure. It works because of nuclear deterrence. All the countries you have mentioned have some sense of self preservation. Iran would destroy themselves in the name of martyrdom. When 2 countries attacked them what did Iran do? They decided to attack every gulf country and hold the world's oil supply hostage. These people cannot be reasoned with, and if they obtain a nuclear weapon they need to be annihilated immediately.
