Introducing the FormalInsight Ontology.

Every enterprise's operational systems represent the same real-world entities under different identifiers, schemas and update semantics. FormalInsight lands each system's data into an immutable, content-addressed source layer, resolves relations across systems through declared and inferred keys and compiles a single typed graph of entities, relationships and events. Every element of that graph carries provenance to the exact source that produced it, and every derivation like identity resolution, deterministic replayability, referential integrity is checked by a formal verifier before it is published.
FormalInsight Ontology is bitemporal, indexed on both when it happened and when the system learned of it. Any query can be answered as of any date, from what was known at that time.
It is delivered as an API, over REST and the Model Context Protocol, so engineers can build controls and risk detection on it, BI systems can read from it and AI agents can measure against it.
Building detectors to find and monitor complex operational risk patterns is just a few queries, not a project. The identity resolution, cross-system joins and history are already done; a detector is just a question against the graph, scheduled.
Example Scenario
Renewal at risk — a contract heading into its renewal window while the relationship is quietly deteriorating across systems. Full contract ARR is at risk, and by the time it shows up in the CRM the renewal is usually already lost.
The detector finds it by looking for below signals:
1. Support escalations in the last 30 days above the account's own baseline
2. A billing dispute open in the ERP
3. The champion's email and meeting cadence falling silent against their 90-day norm
4. All three inside the renewal window, in that order
The detectors run continuously on verified data, with evidence attached to every hit. Any control, reconciliation or risk check a team can state as a question about its own business can be written against the graph and scheduled by the team.
One verified model of the business, available to every system and every agent that needs it.
FormalInsight has joined NVIDIA Inception Program.
We build enterprise ontologies: a single, verified model of how a business operates, unifying its entities relationships and events across every operational system with source-level provenance.
It provides the ontology infrastructure as one plane on which any agentic enterprise workflow or operation can be built using its MCP and API.
Introducing FormalInsight RevOps Terminal.
Revenue risk rarely shows up in one system on one day.
It builds over months: a payment slips, orders shrink, tickets pile up, the CRM still says commit. RevOps Terminal is powered by FormalInsight Ontology which resolves accounts across CRM, ERP, finance, support and email into one entity.

Also introducing the FormalInsight Decision Terminal.
https://t.co/Z11WcorOnG
Built on the FormalInsight Ontology, the Decision Terminal gives executives a complete view over the continuously evolving model of their business. Executives can ask any question in plain language, across every system at once, as of any date. Every answer is a measurement against the graph, not an inference: it carries the query that produced it, the source behind it, and the date as of which it holds.
The terminal does not wait to be asked. On every newly delivered datapoint, it scans for emerging risks, and only findings that hold up under a second, independent measurement are shown. Confirmed signals stay under monitoring and are re-assessed on every scan — confirmed, escalated or cleared, with the measured reason for each change.
Because it reasons over a single graph rather than a set of separate systems, it can traverse the ontology and follow a risk across boundaries no one system sees: a supplier concentration that only appears once procurement, logistics and finance are joined; a revenue risk that runs from a support backlog through a renewal to a counterparty already late on payment. Each finding arrives with its chain of sources and the concrete steps to act on it.
Capabilities:
Deep dives — a finding expanded into a full, evidence-linked brief
Decision simulation — an executive proposed decision measured against the company's own operations: baseline, comparable patterns as of their date, projected 30/60/90-day impact. Never from intuition.
Standing questions — any question can be continuously monitored ,re-run as data lands, signaling only when the answer changes.
Escalate — a re-verified summary of the finding routed to the person who can resolve it.
Pin to API — any answer published as a live endpoint for downstream BI systems.
The Decision Terminal is one way to use the ontology. The ontology itself is available to your engineers and your AI agents as an API — the same verified surface the terminal reads from.
The Decision Terminal will be available through a pilot program. A limited number of pilot openings will be available. If your organisation is interested, we invite you to get in touch.
