Need clarification on two points regarding PNR 4139002538, Train 22691 Rajdhani Exp, DOJ: 23-Jun-2026 (Bengaluru–Nagpur).

1) During ticket checking, the TTE asked me to accompany him to the pantry coach, where there were no other passengers, and explained that I had to pay an additional ₹7,035, which I did not understand. When I started recording the interaction for my personal safety and future reference, I was told that I could not record videos. Is a passenger not allowed to record interactions with railway staff in such circumstances? If recording is permitted, kindly clarify this to staff.

2 ) My original fare was ₹3,589.05. While booking, I mistakenly entered my age as 1 year instead of 24 years. This was a genuine error, and even if I had entered 24 years, the fare would have remained exactly the same, as I did not avail any concession or discounted fare. I also carried valid government ID proofs matching my name and identity. Despite this, I was charged an additional ₹7,035 as "WITHOUT TICKET", taking my total travel cost to ₹10,624.05. Is this charge in accordance with Railway rules?

उक्त प्रकरण के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि ताजिया रखने के निर्धारित स्थान पर शुभंकर शर्मा द्वारा करकट लगाकर अवरोध उत्पन्न किया गया था। शांति एवं कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की दृष्टिगत लगभग दो दिन पूर्व उपजिलाधिकारी मार्टिनगंज एवं पुलिस टीम द्वारा मौके पर पहुंचकर उन्हें करकट हटाने हेतु समझाया गया था, जिस पर उनके द्वारा इसे हटाने का आश्वासन भी दिया गया था, किन्तु करकट नहीं हटाया गया। ताजिया जुलूस के दौरान पुलिस टीम द्वारा पुनः करकट हटाने के लिए कहा गया, तो सहयोग करने के बजाय शुभंकर शर्मा द्वारा पुलिसकर्मियों के साथ अभद्र व्यवहार एवं आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणियां की गईं।

प्रकरण की जांच क्षेत्राधिकारी फूलपुर द्वारा की जा रही है। जांचोपरांत जो भी तथ्य प्रकाश में आएंगे, उनके आधार पर नियमानुसार आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
