Happy 4th of July everyone.
250 years ago this country was founded, and I still believe we live in the greatest nation on earth. We’ve had our ups and downs like any country, but the fact that we can still speak freely, chase our own path, and come together on days like this is something worth celebrating.
I hope you all get to spend the day with the people you care about, eat too much, and enjoy the fireworks. Take a second to appreciate what we have here.
On another note, the next chapter of Subject 15 drops this weekend. It’s called Reprieve. I’ll have it up on the site soon for anyone following along.
Have a good one and stay safe out there.
@harrymack It has been my honor to shove my creative writing project to the side over the last week and binge watch your masterful, and frankly, supernatural freestyle skill. I am truly humbled. You are the greatest of all time.
After 10+ years of quietly working on the same story, I finally started releasing it weekly completely free at https://t.co/9yXSX037L1.
Three months in and… it’s been pretty quiet. Almost crickets. Maybe the story still needs work (it probably does). Maybe my marketing is terrible. Maybe both. Or maybe a few people are reading in silence. I honestly don’t know.
What I do know is this: I’m proud of myself for not quitting. I’m still showing up every week, still improving, still believing that one day this weird tale I’ve poured my heart into will genuinely entertain someone.
If you’re in the mood for something different and you like stories that have been marinating for a decade, I’d love it if you checked it out. No pressure, just a guy who refuses to stop creating. #writingcommunity #amwriting
@harrymack My mind is blown right now. I've been binge watching Harry Mack raps since yesterday. This guy is the best freestyle rapper of all time. I don't even think it's close.
@elizarose159630 Subject 15, Sci-fi/Psychological Thriller.
A degenerate gambler volunteers for a shady drug trial and opens a door that was never supposed to be opened.
@harrymack Now I'm watching all his videos on his feed and I had a lot of stuff I needed to get done today, dammit.
But he's incredible, I cannot believe this is real.
Two new chapters are up.
The Manzonis side story dropped, following the guys Jake owes money to and what they’re up to while he’s locked in the lab.
The next main entry is also live: Jake has a rough day, reads a book that messes with his head, and starts realizing some shit he doesn’t want to face.
Both are on https://t.co/9yXSX037L1 if you’re following along.

To date, no one has done superman correctly. That's my opinion. The Christopher Reeves superman was limited to film technology. Lois and Clark was fun. Smallville was very good, but too busy with "meteor freaks". Man of Steel was really good, but still lacked something. The new superman was okay, but seemed weakened, almost like they soy-boyed the characters.
I want to see something more gritty and realistic. More character development. They should make the first Superman movie entirely on Krypton to show the true battle between Jor El and General Zod. The second movie should be Clark Kent in Smallville being raised by Jonathan and Martha. The third should be Clark getting his job in Metropolis and meeting Lois Lane and becoming superman.
After that... they can bring in the rest of the DC universe.
