Aún recuerdo cuando este pavo dijo con to su polla en 2024 que Bakú y COTA no contaban para Hamilton por "Coche mal construído".
Su fanatismo está varias millas por delante de su capacidad de análisis.
Giving Hamilton a 6.25 in Miami is seriously misinformed.
Given he had half a second worth of damage per lap and only finished 20s off the podium, was solid damage limitation.
And in the Sprint and SQ had a software issue costing him 2-3 tenths on the straights.
Should simply be an N/A (like multiple other drivers have, except LH for some reason)
Losing that much of the floor is factually costing you half a second (20 points of DF or whatever it was)
He was 53 seconds off the lead in ~45 racing laps after the SC so no, it would not put him on top 2 pace.
Rather it puts him in the Piastri-Leclerc-Russell fight as expected. Quite a simple calculation
@DeltaData_ Hamilton did mention his software issue on the Saturday.
It’s probably just something was missed so that’s a non issue, just additional information in case others didn’t know

Even if you don’t look at the gap between the cars, Bottas won everything in single seaters before F1 whilst not always having the best team or backing.
In F1 he’s won multiple races and faced various different drivers, putting up some impressive numbers prior to 2017 and post 2021.
I think it’s safe to assume he’s not 2s off any other racing driver on the planet
Building a car that literally disintegrates and blaming the driver for not performing is diabolical management.
Bottas was subpar in Canada, but when a driver is multiple seconds off the pace of the next car it points to wider issues.
Drivers of Valtteri and Checo’s calibre should never be separated by more than tenths in normal circumstances.
At the moment, Cadillac is the net equivalent to HRT/Caterham/Marussia which is embarrassing given their resources.
Putting Herta of all drivers in that seat would tell everyone that Cadillac’s true intentions are nothing but a PR stunt
🚨 | Colton Herta is understood to be under strong consideration for a Cadillac seat in 2027.
Valtteri Bottas' position is reportedly under particular scrutiny.

Notes:
1) Hadjar second stint removed due to early stop and skewed comparison to Max (would bring him closer than he should due to stint being significantly shorter)
2) Many outlier laps for McLaren pairing removed due to early strategy call, car issues and damage
3) No laps available for Williams and VCARB
I don’t think it’s entirely due to the physical side, for me it’s just natural bell curve of any athlete.
Just being as sharp as he was in his late 20s and early 30s isn’t realistic.
Maybe I’m wrong and he’s driving at his peak level, but I do agree regardless he’s not far off at all. Probably just small differences and micro errors
@000_beng Ferraris lack of power leads means they needed to trim more downforce (skinnier rear wing) to match the others top speeds.
Far from ideal for the tyres for sure
@the_zb_@FastNLoud44 This is not peak level Lewis, he’s 41.
No athlete in the history of the universe is at their peak at that age.
He’s returned to a very high level, but to say its peak Lewis is disingenuous
