Susan Rosenstiel has been named head women’s golf coach at Elon. Mic Potter is the assistant. Rosenstiel will officially begin with the Phoenix on 3/1/27, following the completion of her vested service requirements in the University of Alabama System. Longtime Alabama and former Furman head coach Mic Potter will serve as Elon's interim head coach through 2/28/27. Rosenstiel worked alongside Potter for all 21 seasons at Alabama (2005-26).
@GolfweekRingler Oh I’m sure. There is a lot more on the line these days that’s for sure. I hate slow play too, but you play some of these events and fields are over crowded and courses are set up difficult. The “we want golf harder” and “we want golf faster” camps don’t mix.

His 36-hole total of 8-under 136 (66-70) has him currently in a tie for second overall!
