It's a mystery! Fifth graders have spent this week learning about elements of mystery stories and have been hard at work planning and writing their own stories based on an illustration from the book "The Mysteries of Harris Burdick" by Chris Van Allsburg.

A few high school students attended the Health Science Symposium at Sauk Valley Community College. They participated in fun games, practiced patient care skills, and listened to officials speak about their jobs in the health care field.

Seniors planning to attend Highland Community College next school year attended their Quick Start event. They took placements tests, met with academic advisors to choose their courses, and learned how to navigate the online programs used at the college level.

Our TAP students attended the annual Education Symposium at Sauk Valley Community College. A couple of our seniors were honored for completing the requirements needed to receive their Education Pathway Endorsement. Congratulations to Kaylynn and Braelyn!
