We will miss you, Tripps 🖤🤍
As a fantastic supporter of our work over the years, all of us here at Newcastle United Foundation wish Kieran all the very best for the future 👏
Our German Geordies 😍
Nick Woltemade and Malick Thiaw are both heading to the World Cup after being named in the Germany squad!
Congratulations, lads! 🇩🇪
Eddie Howe’s name is the one ringing out at St James’ Park during lap of honour
The support for him inside the stadium has never wavered this season #nufc
⚫️⚪️ A final St James’ Park start in a Newcastle United shirt for Kieran Trippier today - and what can you say about an #NUFC legend that hasn’t already been said.
👏 The first to join - and the first to believe in the project - and from losing to Cambridge in the FA Cup, all the way to leading the club at Wembley and in the Champions League, he’s been arguably the best signing the club has made.
⚽️ Some incredible free-kicks along the way, as well as that trophy lift at Wembley - but it’s not the goals or the medal many will remember, but the leadership he’s shown - both amongst the group and when times got tough at the club; always one to stand up and take responsibility, always one to protect the other players.
👋 A stellar person and player - and one who deserves every second of the send off he’ll get from Newcastle fans today. Go well, Tripps.
✍️ Kieran Trippier in his final programme notes: “I’ll always follow Newcastle. I’ll always want the club to finish as high as possible and to be playing in Europe and on the biggest stages. Even though I won’t be here, I’m certain this club is only going to go up and up.” #NUFC
We'll be paying tribute to both Kieran Trippier and Emil Krafth at St. James' Park today.
Tripps will receive his presentation and address the crowd approximately 15 minutes before kick-off, and Krafu will join us on the pitch for the same shortly after the half-time whistle. 🖤🤍
Farewell, Kieran Trippier, one of #NUFC’s greatest signings.
With contributions from Amanda Staveley, Eddie Howe, Dan Burn, Wor Flags and many more.

Anthony Elanga has won the PFA Community Champion award for the 2025/26 season, celebrating his commitment to charitable work off the pitch. 🙌
Nominated by @NU_Foundation, the award recognises players committed to enriching the community around them, going above and beyond to support their club’s charity work throughout the season.
Beautiful tribute by Forest goalscorer Morgan Gibbs-White to Elliot Anderson who has lost his amazing mother Helen. Devastating news. You’d see Helen at club games, in Bristol when Elliot was on loan at Rovers, at Newcastle, at Forest and at U21 tournaments and senior international games, proudly supporting Elliot. Thoughts with Elliot and his family. RIP.
Kieran Trippier’s remarkable journey brought silverware to Newcastle United, the club’s first major trophy since 1955 🏆
Now, the defender bids an emotional farewell after confirming he will leave at the end of the season 🖤🤍
Free-kick perfection from Kieran Trippier 🎯
The @NUFC defender has announced he will leave the club at the end of the season after four-and-a-half years at St James’ Park 👏
Captain, leader, legend 🫡
Kieran Trippier was the first player to buy into the NUFC project.
Had no need to move to a side facing relegation, but took the risk and everyone reaped the rewards.
The best right-back NUFC have ever had. A true club hero 👏👏👏
Throwback to when Messi took off his captain armband and gave it to Inter Miami's old captain to do the honor of lifting the club's first-ever trophy
