So @ECCO_GOLF have confirmed I need to destroy 3 month old golf shoes that are not 100% waterproof in order to replace and will not allow me to donate to charity with proof of donation. They have been used 5 times and perfect unless it rains. #Sustainability #Recycle

@ECCO_GOLF I just want to know if your policy is shoes need to be destroyed (tongue cut out) before a replacement is issued. Customer services said they would reply in 8-10 days. I just want to donate my shoes to charity rather than destroy

@fjallraven_uk My daughter just bought a rucksack bag which came with a piece of foam classed as a seat pad. I see they are for sale for £8. When we unpacked it we nearly threw it away as looked like cheap packaging. No idea how you justify cost of this and your bags.
