Done some thinking. I'm gutted. I think we should keep Farke for now; we need stability. If we are not in or near the top 2 come late September, then 100% sack him.

The Championship looks incredibly weak next season, Luton and Sheffield United don't stand much chance of getting top 2, and I think we are arguably already a better side than Burnley in terms of quality.

Keep the main bulk of our squad, sell Cre and Gnonto, bring in a new creative midfielder and a winger and we'll be fine.

We are still hot, hot favourites for the title next season, which is rare as it is usually one of the sides who went down. I think we need to brush it off, remember that it took us 2 seasons last time with Bielsa.

And, no I'm not comparing Farke to Bielsa, he's nowhere near that. And he should have done better with this squad, bearing in mind that MB achieved 93 with far less resources. My patience is running thin, but something tells me sacking him would be an emotionally-driven, irrational decision at this stage.
