For those wondering about the misinformation coming from @JackieLSchlegel today, here are the facts:
Court Signs Final Judgment Affirming Jury Award of $380,000 Against Jackie Schlegel
On Monday, a Tarrant County District Court signed a final judgment in favor of Texans for Vaccine Choice against former executive director Jackie Schlegel, putting an end to over 4 years of litigation.
The final judgment affirmed a Tarrant County jury’s award of over $380,000 in damages and attorney’s fees to TFVC from Schlegel based on Schlegel’s breach of her employment agreement and insistence on prolonging the litigation. The court also awarded up to $200,000 in conditional appellate attorney’s fees to TFVC if Schlegel appeals the judgment and loses.
The court also imposed a permanent injunction against Schlegel and Texans for Vaccine Choice PAC, over which Schlegel has refused to surrender control since her termination from TFVC. The court’s order permanently restrains Schlegel and the PAC from further violating Texans for Vaccine Choice’s trademark, subject to penalty for contempt of court.
After a week-long trial in January, a Tarrant County jury found that Schlegel breached her fiduciary duty and employment agreement with TFVC when she transferred approximately 80% of the organization’s bank balance, more than $116,000, out of TFVC’s account on the eve of a contentious board meeting. Because TFVC was able to promptly reverse the bank transfer and recover the $116,000, the jury awarded no damages for Schlegel’s breach of fiduciary duty.
All of Schlegel’s counterclaims against TFVC were denied by both the jury and trial court.
TFVC remains steadfast in our mission to fight for Texans’ medical freedom. We will always defend the integrity of our organization and faithfully steward the resources entrusted to us by our donors.
Texans go to the polls, and the candidates to replace Paxton as Attorney General come to DFW to debate.
Thank you to @RepublicanAGs and @theblaze for putting this event on.
As Texas goes, so goes the nation. We have to get this one right.
“Free markets and light regulations and nothing else is inadequate for the problem set of today. And what I’ve observed in young people is that they yearn for substance. Bumper stickers won’t do it.”

The Bull Moose team is only just getting started.
It should come as no surprise to anyone that the Native Texan, being the most peaceable population in our state, serves as the permanent scapegoat for those seeking to destroy our way of life.
The people and government of Fort Worth need to act now to protect our city and county from those who would do us harm.
We should be out front in confronting the terror and migrant threat, building the specialized programs and units necessary to keep our community secure.
#EXCLUSIVE: An Afghan national was arrested on Tuesday after posting a video of himself on TikTok indicating he was building a bomb with an intended target of the Fort Worth area, according to DHS.
Court records show Mohammad Dawood Alokozay is charged with making a terroristic threat at the state level.
He came into the U.S. as a part of the Biden admin’s Operation Allies Welcome, just like the D.C. shooting suspect. On September 7 2022, he was admitted as a lawful permanent resident. ICE has lodged a detainer on him.
