@Phabpresh @FinPlanKaluAja1 Yes, Musa MUST file. Filing a return is not the same as paying tax...it’s just the official way to declare income. If Musa only earns from one gate, filing will most likely prove he’s exempt from tax for that year.

@Phabpresh @FinPlanKaluAja1 Your employer only deduct tax on the pay they give you. To stay square with revenue services, you MUST file a return declaring all income sources. If you have multiple streams of income, you're legally required to disclose them so your total tax can be calculated.

@MadProfitGuy A dishonest employee is NOT loyal. They’re manipulative and dangerous. I've been there many times. Take it up with the gas station if you want but remove that person from your business immediately. That should serve as a strong deterrent to others.

@UgoAgro_ I had a similar experience a few years ago. They told me I have to send transport ahead or they don't visit. I asked if I would get a receipt for the payment? The person hung up and blocked my number. They visited my friend's farm because he paid them.

@pamilerin You will always get the blame. My farm worker back then will harvest a few crates of tomato everyday before I arrive and throw it over the fence. They will go pick it up during their lunch break and local market women are already waiting in one corner to buy at 80% discount.

@SirJarus Tenants are not to repair water pumps as these items undergo normal wear and tear over time.
Regular maintenance by the landlord should identify issues before they lead to breakdowns.
The caution fee is there to cover costs from damage caused by tenant negligence.
