• Class sizes are ridiculous
• Zero accountability for parents, students 🙁
• Too much testing 😤
• Admin was overwhelmed & not helpful 😨
• Frozen salary, low pay

From Reception onwards children are taught (hopefully) physical education - which should be clearly differentiated from sport - only to be assessed at 16 in sport performance! Madness! Call it GCSE SPORT (which is fine) but the current GCSE’s do not assess PE.
