The DOJ just filed a federal lawsuit against California to BLOCK the state’s newly enacted Glock Ban.

California’s “Glock Ban” is unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.

California also has strict “Roster” rules that block most new handguns from being sold in the state.

The lawsuit says these laws violate the right of law-abiding people to buy common, popular handguns for self-defense.

The DOJ wants the court to strike down these restrictions statewide.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated the Trump administration’s 2025 nationwide expansion of expedited removal for noncitizens, in a 2-1 ruling.

The Department of War has confirmed the death of U.S. Army Reserve Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, 54, from Sacramento, California.

He had been supporting Operation Epic Fury.

Previously reported as believed to be deceased, CWO3 Marzan has now been positively identified by the medical examiner.

He was killed in action on March 1, 2026, in Port Shuaiba, Kuwait, during an attack involving an unmanned aircraft system (drone strike).

The incident remains under investigation.

CWO3 Marzan was assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command in Des Moines, Iowa.
