Apparently, AI thinks I’m a prominent Ugandan. 😅
Better connect now before I become unreachable. 😂
Out of curiosity, have you ever searched your own name to see how AI describes you? Was it accurate? Screenshot & show us 😀
had the honour of representing @TeachForUganda at the Leaders in Teaching Uganda Program press briefing, where I made a slightly risky request to a room full of journalists:.......
Please do not simply report that we met. 😅 Full article here
“How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time,” they say.
What they forget is that one person might still be chewing at retirement.
Uganda’s journey towards equitable education is that elephant. It needs government, teachers, communities, the entire Leaders in Teaching Uganda consortium and, yes, the media.
Teach For Uganda, represented by @FortunateKay_ asked a simple question: why invite journalists when the chairs are being packed away, then expect them to explain an entire education reform in a 90-second news clip?
Bring them to the table earlier. The media should not only report the story of change. They can help change the story.
Pull up a chair and read the full story to discover why Uganda’s media must be part of education reform from the very first bite. 👇

City Pastor Wilson Bugembe has today launched a fundraising campaign to raise funds for the completion of the Worship House church.
He called upon well-wishers to support the project, revealing that the initial target is to have 300 individuals each contribute UGX 1 million to kick-start the project.
Africans can hold onto power for decades, but give us a World Cup lead in the dying minutes and suddenly we believe in peaceful transition 😂

The current generation of girls is increasingly interested in technology. We are seeing more women entering STEM fields. While men still dominate the space, females are catching up. - @IraguhaCN, Managing Director, @TeachForUganda#EdTechMondays@MastercardFdn
Tonight, we are asking one of the most important questions for Uganda’s classrooms:
Can technology truly transform learning if the children and teachers who need it most are still left behind?
Join us at 8:00 PM on @ntvuganda YouTube and social media channels for EdTechMondays, as we explore Financing and Growing EdTech Solutions in Uganda.
Our Managing Director, @IraguhaCN, together with @Fortunatekay, Communications Manager, will share insights on the gaps in our education system and what it will take to build solutions that reach underserved classrooms.
Because innovation should not only be exciting.
It should be accessible, practical, and close enough to change a child’s learning experience.
Tune in, follow the conversation, and share your thoughts.

What does “learning to read” mean when there is nothing to read?
Today, we officially launch the Give a Book Campaign with a powerful call from @Comrade_Otoa
Give a child something to read.
In Uganda, too many children are sitting in classrooms without the books they need to learn, dream, and grow. The learners are ready. The teachers are ready. The dreams are alive. But the books are missing.
Your gift can change that today.
· $10 supports one learner (Approx. UGX 37,000)
· $500 supports a #GiveABookOpenAFutureclassroom (Approx 1,850,000)
· $1,000 supports a school (Approx UGX 3,700,000)
Do not just watch this video. Let it move you to act.
Share it. Give what you can.

Give a book. Open a future.
