@CL_fTrader (b) what you're doing, and in shorter time-frame directional trades, you MUST get things right more often than you get them wrong, or else you're going to burn through your derivative premium and very rapidly blow-up accounts (and WE ALL know this, ehehe)

@CL_fTrader - especially for people who are new to derivatives, it might be the most important factor to consistently being, and staying profitable (more important than discovering your 'edge')

@CL_fTrader I like the logical explanation; paying for premium (calls or puts) is tough, which is why I admire what you can do and the shorter-time frames you're usually operating under when you're trading the S&P.. and risk management is so important with everything; maybe it's underrated?
