Because you don't know what football is all about. He is a 6 and not a 10. His job is to connect to the people who provide assists and goals. If a 6 is scoring goals and assists then that team has a problem.
I am sorry I don't take the AMVCA seriously. The creative industry is just a place where people like to lie to themselves. The only person who was honest is @KanayoOKanayo , every other person there are just people living in La-la land. How many of those actresses can actually afford the lifestyle they pretend to live from what they earn making or shooting movies? Secondly, industry practitioners, how many crew members are living the life? Many film/TV series members are living in hell as we speak. The only people you see are the producers, directors and actresses. The crew members are living in penury, many are down with stroke or poverty. Yet, in one night, all practitioners will come out and wear clothes designed with Xmas lights and act like the movie industry is a thriving industry. Oshisco!
One hill I am ready to die on is, there is no job requirement or specification that Nigerians can't handle. The main problem we have in Nigeria is the so called HR and their job postings.
Most job postings in Nigeria are scary and I feel it has to do with the HR doing too much just make it seem like they are earning their pay. Jobs with simple job specification are coated with big big grammar and hardlines that makes one wonder if those qualified for the jobs fell from heaven.
The last 9-5, I did, when I saw the job posting, I was scared but I came in recommended and when I started the job, I found out there was nothing extraordinary about it. Even the requirements and all the apps that they added 'Shrinps++' wasn't so difficult to learn. Within a month, I had mastered everything and was using anything I could lay my hands on.
So the problem is not that Nigerians are not employable, the problem is, the job postings most times already disqualifies the intelligent and naturally gifted and focuses on paper qualifications and experience. I remember searching for jobs in one European country and I saw one that was for an electronics company. They needed people to help assemble the electronics and guess all they asked for? Standard 6 or something like that and they also would train the person on the job. That's all! But come to Nigeria and check job postings for the same job and you will see them asking for someone with two masters degree and hasn't passed the age of 25yrs. Does that make sense?
Nigerians are naturally intelligent people who can learn and adapt to any work environment and can deliver the best work values that any employer wants. The only problem is, most employers do not make the employment route easy to navigate for the best hands in the country.
A friend of mine just told me that most of the plantain flour in Nigeria is mixed. Please, if you have parents with diabetes or blood sugar issue be very careful the type of plantain flour you buy for them. I know how hard it was for me to compete back then when I was making mine and that's because it was 100% pure dried plantain flour. Please and please, do due diligence before buying just any type.
I don tire for this political Twitter. The only thing you seem to get without hassles are enemies while the top guys are never enemies. I am thinking of going to entertainment social media. Me sef go wear thongs go twerk for YouTube, come dey claim cross dresser maybe I go trend
Honestly, it hurts to remember that I was in the PDP with these useless human beings. Honestly, how can people be so useless. @GEJonathan was a smart chap and knew they were all bunches of useless vultures and that's why he quickly handed over to Buhari. Look at all of them now.
I just hope the police are sensible enough to sit and think if there's any protest in the country anytime soon. If most of them don't know, they will either be kicked off or redeployed back to their various states of origin. I am sure a lot of them don't know this.
Can't you just shut up!
Today is international women's day. We dash and gift this mistake of a being to the female gender. They can do whatever they want with him but please don't ever call this cunt a man again.
Homeboy is confused right now and doesn't know what to do. Guys, be careful out there. Be very careful because some affairs will sink Yoh deeper than you can imagine. Now, he is in a dilemma. If only he had kept his privates in his pants, he would have been safe.
I told him the truth. Blackmailers are never satisfied. Right now she needs sex, she will get bolder and will have more demands. I told him someone who can use someone else's affair with you to blackmail you, will use your affair with her against you in ways you never imagined.
He said she would never forgive him for having sex with another woman in another man's wife. I told him he should have thought of that before having the affair. He also said, maybe it was a safe route to have an affair with the 18yr old and pay her to keep shut.
